On Being Good-Natured

The only problem with being good-natured and having an altogether gentle and friendly disposition is that so many people automatically assume that you are submissive, acquiescent, pliable, indulgent etc. etc.

Well this a**hole has a titanium b*n*r up his a** (Diana, please excuse the language, but I used asterisks for your sake!) made out of his principles, ideals, values, convictions and beliefs and is not one to follow arbitrary orders from anyone.

Sure you can ask me very nicely to do something and I may just do it, if - and only if - I myself believe it is the right and correct action to take at any given moment and if I believe it is proportionate in the given circumstances.

There, I have now officially finished venting for today!

    1. The reason for the post will remain a secret between me and the involved person, but I suspect that the person involved got the message loud and clear! ;)

      Hugs Diana!
