However it is not the most conducive response if one wants to solve the problem. Instead I must accept that this is the way they honestly feel, even if I don't have to accept it as factual or as the truth.<br /><br />For example, their assumption that I am no longer working when I leave the building to smoke. I know that I do in fact work during approximately 85-90 % of the time that I smoke, either thinking about how to solve a work related problem or making calls that I know will be lengthy and that I do not need to be at my desk to handle.<br /><br />I am now hoping that we will be able to bridge this gap that has come between us and perhaps work better together in the future with a more honest and open approach to each other. <br /><br />Keep your fingers crossed!Bock McMillanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10415173698472056079noreply@blogger.com
