Second Pride Updates

I have been remiss in my self-imposed obligation to inform you, my dear readers, about what's going on in Second Pride.

In my own defense I would like to point out that due to timezone restrictions I have not been able to attend any of the meetings lately and that the Second Pride website has been down.

The website is now partly up and running again and I have the pleasure of informing you of two things.

Call for Secretary/Co-Chair
There has been a call for candidates for the position of Secretary/Co-Chair and two candidates have put their names forward.
Carson Darkstone
Andre Fyre

The Meeting of The Day

Don't miss it, those of you who can make it!

There are now four candidates for the vacant Security Chair, beside Tylendel Falconer and Sutry Long (whom I have informed you about earlier) we now also have Andre’ “Andy” Rennebohm and Jake. Read the candidates statements here to prepare for the meeting.

Yeah, yeah, I mistakenly published this yesterday, but the meeting is actually today!

The Eternal Chapel

One of the beautiful places on the Second Pride Festival sims this year is The Eternal Chapel in Sydney. It´s a very calm and quiet place that calls for thought and reflection among all the boisterous activities.

In the chapel those who wish can light a candle for a lost loved one. The lights will burn for the duration of Pride. Of course I took the opportunity to light one for my Ars.
I would like to thank Andre Rennebohm for mentioning this wonderful place in one of his notices in the Second Pride Festival group and also for his kind and speedy assistance in taking care of the scripting problem.

Directions to The Eternal Chapel At the Sydney-landing point (see picture) take the left street. A short way ahead you will find the chapel if you turn left (see red arrow).
