Exploitation, In the Light of History

March 25, 1911, and December 14, 2010.

Almost 100 years separate the two dates, but in a global perspective nothing has changed for the better in the exploitation of workers, rather for the worse.

The companies that benefit from the exploitation are still based mostly in the U.S. and Europe. The only thing that has changed is the location of the workers. The worst cases these days are now found in the developing world, where the workers live and work in abject misery and unbelievable circumstances without a right to organize.
