On this day, commonly known as Thanksgiving Day in the U.S.A., the Much Honored Bock McMillan, laird of Southern Charm, prince of Cascade Falls, Sovereign Ruler of the Commonwealth of Southern Enchantment and Outer Territories, UN appointed Protector of the Mount Whitney sim in SecondLife and pretender to the throne of Macedonia and dependent territories, decided to take action against the barbaric and ghastly tradition of eating millions of turkeys to celebrate the holiday.

The laird pardoned all turkeys within his realm or his protection and those who have sought sanctuary there or at the nation's embassies in the world. 

The reason given for this universal amnesty of turkeys was "not - as some may assume - out of pity for the ugly, smelly and bad tasting creatures but more for the sake of the poor people who would otherwise stuff themselves with their vile and poisonous meat." (The laird has a well known phobia against any and all poultry meat.)

Although I have a severe food intolerance against poultry (except ostriches for some strange reason), as soon as I think about eating it I gag and my vomit reflexes start tingling, I will not deny ya'll the enjoyment of eating turkey. Just don't tell me how exquisite it is...

Thanksgiving 2011

I would like to start off by wishing my American friends and readers a very happy thanksgiving weekend, with lots of good food and drink, loved ones, friends and family around you and - of course - football on TV!

On my own behalf I would like to give thanks my friends and families in both lives for supporting me through the last years, for being patient with me and letting me do things in my own pace.

I would also like to say thanks for learning again that you gain nothing from trying to communicate reasonably with people who live in another reality created by their own warped minds. Hopefully I will learn not to even try doing that in the future.
