Meeting Nikolai Again

Yesterday I met with Nikolai W. Starstorm (nee Warden) again for the first time in ages.
We had a good and long talk about life (both the first and second), love and the art of motorcycle maintenance. (Well, to be honest, not so much of the last, but who cares.) We also tried out his new abuse-HUD.

I had my balls kicked, my balls grabbed, my face slapped etc. Finally, we also tried out some reggae dances.

Snapshots by yours truly.

Happy Independence Day!

I would like to wish my husband and all my American friends a happy 4th of July.

The birth of your nation heralded the ideals of democracy, the self-evident truths that all humans are created equal and that we humans are all born with certain inalienable rights, among which are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

You have been a beacon for freedom and democracy before and can become so once again!

A celebration of Avacar Bluestar's life event to be held Saturday at the Rose Garden at Greymyst Estates II beginning at 1:00 PM SLT.

Avacar's and his widower Rico's Second Life family are looking forward to seeing you at the event.

My friend Eddi Haskell has promised to post a landmark to the event on his blog Eddi & Ryce's Second Life later today (Thursday February 5).

Gone Fishing

Well, the post title is in a sense a damned lie, but I have checked out of my SecondLife for the day. My brain is running overtime from all the necessary tests to regain and maintain my virtual life. I am also suffering from information overload concerning the questions of life and love in first life and SecondLife.

I am doing fine and feel strong, so it´s just a short break. I will be back to get my SecondLife in order tomorrow again after which I will hopefully be able to send a cautiously optimistic report to my tech-support Theresa Linden before the weekend.

See you tomorrow, I and The Much Honored Bock McMillan, laird of Southern Charm and prince of Cascade  Falls, will then attempt the crucial tests on which the whole of SecondLife´s future economy rest. We are going s-h-o-p-p-i-n-g for the first time in almost three months.
