Well-informed sources have today reported that Linden Lab may very well issue the following press release:

"The infamous resident Bock McMillan is said to be back after having logged into real life for a few days. Residents are warned! This avatar may be armed and dangerous, in spite of his stunning good looks and friendly  ways.

Do not try to deal with him alone. If you see him closing in on you, run away and call SL-Security immediately!"

(This is a hoax of course)

Happy Second Rezday, Millimina!

My little sister Millimina Salamander first rezzed into SecondLife on December 6th 2008. It cannot have been long after that when I met her the very first time at a Bara Jonson concert, because to me it seems she has always been in my life.

Milli and Ars got along famously! In fact I think she may be the only female avatar in SecondLife that Ars ever took a liking to or trusted, I think perhaps because they both shared their love for me and recognized it in each other. I introduced her to my son Guyke also and they hit it off too, so after that I knew she must be crazy like all my family because we only get along with crazies. And if she isn´t crazy yet she is getting there fast with our help.

Milli means the world to me. I do not really know how I would have survived the last nine months without her! She loves me for just being me and I love her right back for being exactly who and what she is. There is only one thing about her that really, really, really infuriates me and that is when she starts doubting herself or what she means to me and everyone else.

Milli is everything that is good in this wonderful world and in SecondLife also. She is brave, shy and caring. She is also strong, kind and supportive. She has an astute fashion sense and an open mind and a good eye for the beautiful things in life.

She constantly gives me support when I want it and need it and sometimes even when I don´t want it but still need it. That in no way means that she supports everything I do or have done. Sometimes I wish I had asked her first, at other times I listen to her but still go ahead doing what I had planned.

We both have very strong wills and very clear views on what we like and dislike, which is what I think makes us perfectly matched as siblings.

I love her loads and loads and loads and then some more!

P.S. I hope Guyke remembered to send you the present from me because I am in Stockholm so I cannot be there. And I want you to know that the only reason I am posting this late on your rezday is that I know Apmel has a surprise planned for you!

This just to let you all know I am logging into real life for a trip to Stockholm lasting two days. There will only be a planned post or two...

You should especially look in here sometime around 12 pm (noon) SLT today Monday! I am hoping that the uproar that special posting may cause will have settled until I am back home on Tuesday evening.

Hilarious

I haven't had so much fun for a long time as when I read another Scandinavian blog this morning.

The poor blogger had somehow read herself into my post about multiple Lucia pageants in SecondLife and felt maltreated.

All I can say is that I didn´t give that particular blogger a single thought yesterday when I was writing the post, except to get the picture to illustrate the Second Norway pageant.

That only goes to show, if you have a bad conscience about something you are not an objective reader and read yourself into stuff you are not involved in.

I must say I really, really love the picture she found to illustrate her post with though (I am reusing it here), but she has always been great at that too.

P.S. To my joy I have noticed that the blogs I was referring to in yesterdays post, have today acknowledged the fact that there is another Lucia pageant in their posts although they still carefully avoid to mention it is on the Embassy.

Let me just state that the fact that a few of you have a very strained relationship with the caretaker on the Embassy sims, Ms PetGirl Bergman, should not refrain you from mentioning the Embassy or the Embassy pageant. Ms. Bergman has a very small role in the pageant this year and all the rest of us walking in the pageant still have - to the best of my knowledge - friendly relations with all the rest of you.
