Planning the Weekend

When you are planning your weekend in SecondLife make sure to drop in at this event. Saturday February 12th, 01:00 PM SLT, at Grenouille Inn.

I have tried to get in at Mannen Darkstones events at Grenouille Inn before, but there was some security thing that blocked my sound. Instead I have been listening to him sing on his websites (http://www.uvumi.com/#mannen/songs and http://www.wix.com/baromhjartat/baromhjartat). I am so wishing that the same problem will not interrupt me tomorrow.

Mannen has a beautiful voice with a warm quality which touches your soul and makes you warm inside.

I was for a while contemplating telling you about the first time I remember seeing Mannen, but decided not to. Instead I will give you some leads and you can make up your own picture. The leads are

1. wedding party (cannot remember who got married to whom)

Sofia Talvik Debuts in SecondLife

Sofia Talvik was born on an island just off the west coast of Sweden. Her debut album Blue Moon took forty intense hours to record and the end result is a collection of songs presented virtually intact from the original live studio sessions.

Having earned a reputation as a great live performer, she is frequently playing at clubs in and around Stockholm and throughout Sweden, this is naturally the only way of bringing Sofias gentle, almost fragile voice to you and gives the album a unique sound, making it almost timeless in the sense that it could have been recorded twenty years ago as well as twenty years from now.

2010 is the year when Sofia Talvik celebrates 5 years as an artist. At least if you count from when she released her first album. Since then she’s had air play all over the world, played huge festivals like the Lollapalooza and and established her name amongst the most interesting new singer/songwriters. With her new album ‘Florida’ we’ll get to see a new side of Sofia. Her delicate songs have gained more power and volume and she’s mixed her usual acoustic instrumentation with electric sounds and programmed beats.

On Thursday December 9th, 2010, at 1 pm SLT you can hear Sofia Talvik performing LIVE in SecondLife at OneLove Events. The amazing Swedish builder Aallotar Takaaki has built a special stage for this performance

All tips will go to ECPAT according to Sofias wishes.

Good Gods Club Reopens tonight

Sexy DJ Apollon Allen will be playing for you at the new venue tonight at 2 pm SLT (thats 23.00 EMT) until he or you drop, whichever comes first...

You know you need to shake your ass, so get it over there. By the way Iendi is promising to take us all to the Grenouille Inn for bardancing before her hubby passes out so just be there.

As you may already know Apollon is co-owner of the OneLove Events with the beautiful Iendi Allen.

Ohh What a Night..

Starting of with the opening of Iendi´s and Apollon´s OneLove (with some of the hottest women in SecondLife) and ending with Eddi´s and Jago´s second anniversary party (with some of SecondLife´s hottest men). I danced, danced and danced...

Well I know I sat through the wonderful show that junivers Stockholm and his team of beautiful women gave us together with the firemasters extraordinaire Jannne Janus and Ambrooshia DeCuir, but that was not for long.

It was during the amazing light show that I got this picture from Lelle Kidd ... proving once again that I don´t always look as hot and cute as I think I do....

But I felt a little better when I returned his favor with this snapshot of him.

Which goes to prove that you only know what you see on your own screen, others may see it in a completely different way!

All in all, I had a great time last night. Thanks everyone for making it heavenly!

P.S. HELL YEAH! I did try out dancing on the bar at the new Grenouille Inn, and I can attest to the fact that it is quite safe!

The Best Layed Plans

Grrrrr my Mahjong weekend just got cancelled due to the weather situation in the southwestern parts of Scania.

Snow and winds are usually a bad combination for my neck of the woods, because all the snow just piles up on the roads.

So Coffee & Pajamas with Elfay Pinkdot and OneLove here I come!

And Eddi and Jago, you guys better set out my plate again because it seems I am coming after all. (I am not quite sure what Emily Post would say about this, but then again I am a northern barbarian...)

"OneLove Events" - Grand Opening

Well my friends tomorrow November 27th, 2010, is the grand opening of "OneLove Events", the joint venture of my friends Iendi Laville and Apollon Allen.

The party starts at 1.00 PM SLT (se program), and if I were you I would be there in time. From all accounts I am getting the sim will get overcrowded faaaaaast.

Dress code is: Flamboyant

You have probably already seen a few sneak previews of the amazing work Iendi and Apollon have done on their new sim on some of the other Swedish SL-bloggs recently. Ofcourse all those bloggers claim to have been invited beforehand, but we all now that ain´t true don´t we... This blogger is, as you all know by now, a very timid and bashful person that does not go gatecrashing and disturb friends in their important work.

There is a reason people always tell me I am the most patient man in SecondLife! (And yes I can hear Ars, Guyke and the rest of my family in SecondLife and real life laughing out loud at this statement as they always do - but don´t pay any attention to them.)

Unfortunately I am logging into RL for a weekend of mahjong with three other fanatics, so I can cannot be there for the grand opening but I will for sure be there often in the future.
