Thought of the Day II

High hopes lead to a state of permanent dissatisfaction. Lowering your expectations gives room for pleasant surprises.

I once used to think I was quite good at communicating my thoughts, feelings and ideas, but suddenly I again find myself in constant conflicts with individuals around me. Not the people I care about, but still... it irritates and confuses me.

  2. Do you feel stressed in this moment?
One symptom of stress is lack of patience, Not able to listen, not be able get to the end of even a short text.
A symptom more and more people suffer from nowadays.
    The solution? Simple meditation.
Inhale while you count to five, count to three, Exhale while you count to eight. Repeat untill you feel calm

  3. I do my breathing-exercises before and during these situations, they don´t seem to help much at the moment though.

  4. Sing a song, play drums. I heard it on the evening news - you cant get stressed when singin or playing.

  5. Great article and comments. I myself get stressed and well maybe more depressed from comments of others. Feel I something read too much into them. I love your openness. It can be so easy to mis understand in one way talking like this. Many time reading your posts bring me up. In mind that is. (smile)
