You bet! The trip ended in safe harbour with only parts of the boat. The entire bottom, the right side and all of the interior (incl. seats) were lost in SL-space. ;)
ReplyDeleteWell, Tomais was at the helm and his threatening appearance kept all would-be rapists away, I'm sure ;)
ReplyDeleteBock violated one of the cardinal rules of sailing: make your avatar as simple as possible. (He was wearing a lot of scripty HUDs) I'm sure that contributed to the mess. :-)
ReplyDelete*GASP* Are you saying I'm to blame my love? Although it is true I was wearing a HUD (or three)... but I still cannot imagine those little thingies would cause our troubles
ReplyDeleteI remember being out flying with a friend one night. Each time we made a sim crossing, the whole sim and everyone on it froze for nearly 30 seconds. We realized later he was wearing his XCite Core and that was the cause of the sim freezes. I am sure your huds are nowhere near as scripty, but I think you should take them off anyway. :-)
ReplyDeleteWas that the time your friend ended up face first in a highrise? I believe he told me about that ;)
