Round Up

Fijne verjaardag! Ik denk nog steeds over u en zorg voor u, zelfs als ik nooit in staat zal zijn om weer met u spreken.

Don't blame me for the lousy translation, blame Google translate.

P.S. Ooooppps, this is a week early, but anyway....
---

And in other news...

  • Today I start my five (5) day long Easter vacation. No early mornings until Tuesday next week. Yeehaaaaaw!
  • My hearing impaired mother managed to break her hearing aid yesterday. Which means the poor miserable woman will be completely incommunicado by telephone and will not be able to listen to radio or watch television (if the programs don't have subtitles). The good news is that she will hopefully get her hearing aid back on Tuesday.

Button for Belgium

On Monday we experienced yet another senseless case of violence, this time in Belgium. The terrorist organisation ISIS struck in Brussels and other places killing 34 and wounding more than 200.

I got a message from my dear old friend Kahvy Smith informing me that he has made special buttons to commemorate for the victims of terrorism and show support for Belgium at this time when it is under attack. Next time it may be our own country.

Although I myself do not pray I will wear the button and in my mind convert "pray for" to "think of".

If you would like your own button to support Belgium and the Belgians you can grab your button for Belgium at The Starlight Ballroom. (SLurl). They are free of charge!

Mate! Mine!

Well, with that title to this post, I am sure a few of my readers will soon surmise that I have been reading too many gay shifter novels recently. They wouldn't be completely wrong, but not completely right either.

Sure my Tomais has gotten me into reading loads of GayRomLit (Gay Romance Literature) by downloading books from the Kindle Store to my iPad, but it's not only been shifter romances.

No, the title of this blogpost jumped to my mind when I thought of posting this shot that I snapped while I was modelling as a werewolf for my Tomais and listening to him muttering to himself while he was going through a few of his 65,000,000 windlight settings.
"Mate! Mine!" a.k.a. "Hunger"
by snapshooter Bock McMillan
To occupy myself during these sessions I sometimes like to take my own pendant version of the picture my photographer hubby is working with. This one turned out quite well, so I decided to post it for your enjoyment.

"Mate! Mine!", is what a shifter roars when he sniffs the smell of his fated mate - the one and only, the man the four gods and the universe created for just him. They fulfill each other's needs, wishes and wants.

My Tomais' scent is that of honey and almonds.

Pose Fair 2016

Yesterday my lover man and I visited Pose Fair 2016. As always in SecondLife 95% of the products were aimed at the ladies, 3% were unisex and 2% for us men. There were droves of couples poses for straight couples, not many man-man poses and definitely no gay poses.

I tried out a few of the poses and made my Tomais jump on a few too.

Want to take a look for yourself? Here's the teleport tp Pose Fair 2016!

Nuclear Question

Excellent question by Ben Landis on Twitter today. And here are some of the responses he got (that I like best).
