Wherein this avatar's fates, adventures and experiences in, his thoughts and feelings about and his reactions to his first and second life are depicted with written messages, images and other audiovisual tools.
I am Bock in SecondLife and Bock is I in first life. We share thoughts, opinions, feelings, actions and reactions. We are one and the same and inseparable. On this blog I choose to share both my realities.
On Sunday I visited the SLT-morning dances at Pride to support my buddies Avacar Bluestar and Butch Diavolo. Both of them stepped into this on rather short notice, Avacar after the former lead DJ at his club had quit yesterday and Butch stepping in for a DJ that didn't show up at the venue.
I am very happy to inform you that they both performed extremely well and kept us entertained with good music and chat for two hours each.
I was so happy to see Paul Maracas again at the set. Paul is an old friend from the Sarco Sound days whom I haven´t seen since the wake after the first memorial for my Ars at Saint Magnus Kirk on Hinterland.
Over to the pictures.

Well, I did warn you that I saw an outfit I loved at the fashion show yesterday. So the first thing I did after logging in to SecondLife today was go to the Beefcake shop at Second Pride and buy the things I needed and dress up in them. Stunning, don't cha think?
I really like it, even if Levi Ewing told me he would never dare wear an outfit like this and my friends Paul Maracas and Butch Diavolo agreed on that it made my ass and thighs look fat.
Taylor and Newman in "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof" (MGM 1958)
Dame Elizabeth Taylor, DBE (February 27, 1932 – March 23, 2011) was an English-born American actress. Beginning as a child star, as an adult she came to be known for her acting talent and beauty, and had a much publicized private life. Taylor was considered one of the great actresses of Hollywood's Golden Age. (Wikipedia)
What I will remember Elizabeth Taylor for most as an actress are her performances in "Giant" opposite James Dean and Rock Hudson (1956),
"Cat on a Hot Tin Roof " opposite Paul Newman (1958) and
"Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? opposite Richard Burton (1966).
As a heroine in real life I will always rememberElizabeth Taylor for her strong moral backbone, her loyalty and support to her friends Rock Hudson and Michael Jackson and her support of the gay community in general during times when it was not politically correct or even convenient.
The world will always need strong and outspoken women, Elizabeth Taylor was one of them. She made a difference and she will be sorely missed.
