Our Hero & The Dragon

Sometimes I feel like I want to burn the world down - at least on the inside, on the outside, I'm still the ever calm, patient and charming me.



When I logged in today I was feeling real blah and out of sorts, but then my wonderful husband Tomais asked me to model in my newly acquired dragon avatar from Prehistorica I agreed anyway.

It was a very fun photoshoot and my mood improved greatly. Thanks for that, my darling!

Conceited Much?

This is a what actually came out of my mouth at a photoshoot today, when I was modelling in a picture with my husband Tomais Ashdene, the second most patient man in SecondLife.

"Well, maybe I should take my face lights off, because right now my radiant beauty attracts most of the attention in the picture. Wouldn't you agree?"

Tomais agreed.

It's All About the Image

Yesterday Tomais and I modeled for our friend - and my bro - the photographer JJ Goodman. It was great fun and the pictures turned out amazing! (I sure hope you can recognize my cute TMP butt.)

As a decent Swedish avatar I would of course n-e-v-v-a-h show my ass in public, if it wasn't required for the sake of creating "Art"... (Not true, as we all know, but please pretend to play along with me...)

On the Beach - Three Aspects

While I was modelling for my Tomais yesterday I played around with Windlight settings and taking snapshots to create my version of the same scene. 

What I wanted to achieve was to contain the central part of the picture and present it in differently cropped versions. It can possibly be seen as a comment on "truths".

Waiting for an Orca (Updated)

So here we are, the two of us! We have been hanging around here for the last 45 minutes for the damned Orca to come by again.

Tomais happened to see it pass by behind us when we first got here, now the silly thing doesn't want to come back or has perhaps decided that it is camera shy.My hubby is indeed extremely fortunate to be married to The Most Patient man in SecondLife, everyone always tells me that.

Bock McMillan shouts: "You silly animal, you need to come over and go behind the pillars to our left. Is that so difficult to understand?"

Despite the fact that I kept shouting directions to the stupid animal it simply wouldn't cooperate. I thought I would have to have a serious talk with Toby Atlass about his animal training. However, I finally found a way to control the direction it should move in by thumping it on the snout, so now Tomais tells me I should add "Orca Whisperer" to all my other titles and accomplishments.

Creating A New Blogheader

Urban, trendy, edgy and even sexy, were some of the words being thrown about when I discussed the new header picture for Bock in SecondLife with my boyfriend Tomais - and at the time soon to be husband although we were unaware of that - when he had agreed to help  me.

Although I at one point halfheartedly suggested that I perhaps should be naked while draped over the O, that was vetoed by both Tomais and Guyke. As both of them are well known for their good taste, I did not force my will in the matter.

At my brother Dej's request we added a "Dej was here" on the condom vending machine, which I thought was a nice touch.

Otherwise this shoot was a another backbreaking experience with my Tomais muttering to himself while taking shots and fiddling with lighting and Photoshop, luckily Guyke was there to entertain me through it all.

I am extremely happy with the result and hope that you like it also!

The Ballroom Picture

Today I got the result of my photo shoot with Eeva Rasmusen for the BM Ballroom Promo. Don't we look stunning?

The demonic - and angelic - photographer is my dear friend Kahvy Sands.

Actions Have Consequences

My brief modelling career for a poster for the BM Ballroom turned out to have some unexpected ramifications. When I was leaving the photo shoot I poked my modelling partner Eeva Rasmuson and the demon photographer Kahvy Sands.

Both of them now claim to be carrying my unborn children. This is what Eeva tells me in an offline message, "Bock you should really be careful when you poke...now see what you did!!!"

The Fashion Show at SP2012

I am spending too much time having fun with friends at the Second Pride Festival and not blogging enough so i have a lot to tell you all, but will do so in increments.

The fashionistas arrive

Starting off, let me tell you about the Second Pride Fashion Show yesterday.

Three brand names where represented in the show, Beefcake and Empire Emporium which both do menswear, while Tort does womenswear. I will show them in that order, so here goes.

There was one of the men´s outfits that I fell in love with, let see if you can guess which...? I promise its not the model´s allure (even if he happens to be a fine specimen), it is a matter of pure design!


I actually bought it today and wore it for the first part of my fun at Pride roday.
