The 6th International Kiss-A-Swede Day in SecondLife, which was scheduled for tomorrow June 6th, 2017, on the National Day of Sweden has been cancelled due to lack of interest.

The otherwise completely shameless Bock McMillan, laird of Southern Charm, prince of Cascade Falls etc. etc. is pouting.

La Ballerina Spaventosa

I attended one of Second Pride's traditional Halloween Voodoo-events yesterday. DJ Tina from Denmark was spinning with Jimmy Gracemount as her host.

There was a pleasant crowd in attendance with my dear old friend Levi Ewing and his friend Kit working as security. We even had one of the Lindens drop by for a while.

While I was there, there was also this really scary (but delicious and pretty and graceful) ballerina there also.

 

 I'm happy that Tomais convinced me to get that ballerina AO, it was amazing.

NakedCarl Turns Middle-Aged

My dear friend and blogging buddy Carl Paneer, best known as Naked Carl, turns six years old in SecondLife today. (Which as you certainly know means he will henceforth be considered as a ripe middle-aged gentleman.)

Carl is celebrating this special event with a party this evening at 10PM SLT at a secret venue (SLurl to the party venue will be provided on Carl's blog at 09.30PM SLT. Click this link)

Clothing is - as one could guess - optional and DJ Ez will supply the musical entertainment.

Unfortunately I will not be able to take part in the celebration as it starts at an ungodly hour for a late-sleeper like myself.

It seems the Oval Theatre Company has now managed to solve whatever issue they had earlier, when they had to postpone this show.

My friend Othon Weiland, of The Oval Theatre Company, has informed me that the spectacular Dame Edna Show, which was to premiere on September 3, 2016, has had to be postponed until further notice.

I will of course keep you updated with any additional information or changes on the matter.

Menswear Fashion Week, June 10-18 2016

So if anyone of you have been wondering what Fordis has been doing all spring, here's your chance to see the amazing set he has created for the MWFW 2016. Let me give you a clue with an old movie quote: "Parigi, as the multilinguals say".

Here are three random thoughts that struck me when I visited the event yesterday and also dropped in at the the fun SL Radio Opening party with DJ Thorn and Esme.

1. My ass is - as always - too fat for Gabriel-pants, but I refuse to change it because it is perfectly perky and plump.

2. Yasum, which is a new brand to me, makes interesting attire in leather.

3. Kilts are naturally always haute couture, I am so going to drop in at Ohiomike's store, Ohio Kilt's, to see what he has been working on.

The 6th Annual Int'l Kiss-A-Swede Day in SL

It's the 6th of June again, which means it is another Kiss-A-Swede Day in SecondLife. 

This is the day I offer up my manly, yet sweet and deliciously plump lips for kissing to friends, foes and complete strangers in celebration of the Swedish National Day and the Day of the Swedish Flag.

It's time again for my friend Apmel's neighbours to raise the Pride-flag.

Stockholm Pride, the largest Pride-festival in Scandinavia, started today and ends on Saturday.

Account for AFC Donations at The Pool Party

This is an account for the donations made at the pool party at Southern Charm on Saturday July 25, 2015.

As always you can click on the pictures to enlarge them.

There were three donation boxes at the venue, each received donations of L$11,367, L$10,750 and L$10,100 respectively, which makes a grand total of L$32,487.

L$32,487 converts to US$131.53.

US$131.53 have today been forwarded to The Ali Forney Center, below is a picture of the PDF I received acknowledging the donation of that amount.
